I would like to request prayer for guidance. I have been unable to find secure employment since being laid off in 2008. Now my husband that has had alot of health issues, was harrassed so much at work that he went to HR and they "encouraged" him to go on medical disability even though he was on FMLA. His employer was a Catholic hospital were he was hospitalized most of the missed time from work. He has been with this company for a very long time. I recently lost my father, which we had a strained relationship due to his alcohol problems. I finally got a telephone interview today and I pray that I'm found suitable for this job, so I can have medical benefits and be able to once again provide for my family. While I know that suffering is part of life I have had many hardships lately. I also lost a Dear Aunt shortly before my father. My mother which is somewhat disable has been upset with me since my Aunt passed because she didn't get to see her right before she passed. My husband can't seem to stay out of the hospital lately and he will be losing his health benefits after next month. I pray that "God light the path for me" and some of this darkness stop.

60 yr old brother out of work for over 1 year. Has now exhausted all savings including retirement funds and financial assistance. My husband and I just loaned him a large sum of money just to get by for the next few months. This was very hard for him because he is the first to lend help to others. He put in over 250 applications in his job field. Many interviews but no job offers. He did notice this seems to be the same scenario for many others over the age of 55. Please pray for my brother Dave to maintain his strong faith in God and to please start receiving job offers very, very soon. Help guide him in the right direction to find work.

My twin sister Elizabeth,was in an accident 4 months ago ( an attic board cover fell and hit her in the head) she had double whiplash,a concussion and now we have found out she has two bulging discs in her neck along with a swollen facet joint! She has had constant migraines with body aches since October, and medicine does not help. She has gone thru sooo much these past five years, (5 ankle surgeries gall bladder and appendix surgery) she doesn't need to be in all this pain, she needs prayers and fast!!! Touch her heart with Your love and help her to see that my brother was not to blame for not calling for help right away. She asked him not to call, but after two days, it was apparent that he should have called. Help the family to understand that my brother cares deeply for their mother and is worried about her and wants to see her. He has been forbidden to see her, but he has called and talked to her. She is on drugs and the family is telling her lies about him. Please allow her mother to think for herself and welcome my brother back into her life if that is Your will, Lord. Please pray for me. My family is under heavy spiritual attack. I feel as though I've put everything into raising my children, I thought I did it all okay. I raised them in church, their dad and I are still married, I've tried to be a good person, discipline when needed, loved them always. My youngest snuck a boy into the house and the oldest, I just found her on a local site for teens seeking out others. I am just sick to the depths of my soul at the moment.I love her no matter what, but I also know what God's word says about this lifestyle and it is not what I want for my child. Please pray that God lifts the deception she is under and that he will give me peace before I have a nervous break down. Last few weeks I been troubled with some thoughts and doubts about myself. It was taking me into depression. so I wasn't able to concentrate to study for my exams. I realized I am troubled because Jesus was only in my words, not in my heart. I want to be reborn. I want to know him. Pray for me. I want people to know Jesus through me. Pray for me so Jesus would show me the way of light and hold me close to him. My exams are from feb 5-7. I have faith that Jesus would help me to pass those exams. Pray for me to do good on the exams and to become closer to God.
