Answered prayer

Good morning!

Here is ONE of my many St. Anthony’s stories.

I work at a school, and my cashier shared that she had misplaced her cafeteria keys. I knew the severity of this loss, because it would involve possibly having to rekey the entire school building, which would incur a hefty cost. I told her not to worry that I would pray to St. Anthony. She said she got chills when I said that, and she believed that he would find them.

Here is the Instagram post that inspired Jennifer to send her St. Anthony story to us.

A few days passed, and we still hadn’t found them so we decided it was time to begin the process of rekeying the building. Part of the process was to file a police report. While I waited for my officer to arrive, I was scrolling through social media when I saw a post requesting St. Anthony stories. I thought to myself, “I would have loved to send this story if we had found the keys.”

Once my officer arrived, we all had to write our statements regarding the missing keys. My cashier was so worried about the consequences, but I told her everything would be ok. Once the officer left, we all returned to the cafeteria to return to work. A few minutes passed, and then I heard screaming. I knew instantly that St. Anthony had come through…as he ALWAYS has! The keys were found in a tote where some pouches are stored. My cashier ran over to me and hugged me, and we both screamed, “It was St. Anthony!” I called my officer and let him know that everything had been resolved.

I HAD to share this story, because when I read it early in the morning, I knew St. Anthony was preparing us for a miracle. ❤️❤️
